(No, she's not going to be a big sister anytime soon!)
But we are.....
moving to Texas!
Yup, Daniel was offered a job by the firm, and we are taking it! In this economic climate, we are so thankful that God has provided not only a job, but a great job! Daniel is excited about the quality of projects he'll be involved with and the workplace environment at the firm. He will start work in mid-June, which gives us a few weeks after graduation to be with family and friends and move down there! Although Texas feels a long ways from home, we are so thrilled to begin the next chapter of our lives. In our almost two and a half years of marriage, we have moved five times, and the longest we have stayed in one place is eight months. So, you can understand our excitement to live in one place for a long time! We can't wait to put down some roots in our new city!
I'm so proud of Daniel, for going out and getting a job to provide for his girls at home, and again, so thankful to the Lord, who has once again gone before us, prepared a place, and faithfully provided for our every need!

amen! I'm so glad you guys have found a home... and we'll definitely be adding you to our vacation-spot list! :)
That picture is so cute it HURTS! We're so happy for you guys (even though we kind of wish you were moving right down the street...)It'll be a wonderful opportunity though! We love you!
God is good! I'm so glad to hear Daniel has a job. I will be quite jealous when you're enjoying 60 degree weather in January. :) My brother lives in Graham, Texas. I think its somewhere in the middle. If we ever get down there to visit him we'll have to "swing by" San Antonio too!
Megan - congratulations!!! You are going to love San Antonio. Please tell Daniel that we are so proud of him.
Here is the blog of my really good friend Kate (we were roommates at Baylor):

She and her husband own several rental properties and are really familiar with the city's real estate. I know she would love to help you as you're searching for a place to live, or churches, or with anything else at all! If you want her number or email address, let me know and I'll send it to you.
I love her little bald head!! What a sweet baby. You can't help but smile when you look at her. Congrats on the job!! It is sad that you guys won't be in KC, but I know God has something special planned for you down there. :)
