We have been so blessed to have two sets of visitors recently, and another coming in a few weeks. Nothing makes these girls happier than being with their grandparents, aunts and uncles.
And who could blame them? Our family is just plain awesome. :)
Uncle Brian and Aunt Karis were our first visitors, and for the most part, we just relaxed and spent time together. There were lots of books read and snuggles given.
S'mores were made and consumed; I dominated at Settlers (yeah, I'm going to say that while I can... I so rarely win).
But don't worry, we did make it out of the house a few times. We explored the Japanese Tea Gardens, enjoyed a beautifully chilly morning at the farmer's market, and of course ate some delicious Mexican.
Brian snapped a family picture for us - I'm loving Caroline's cheese-face.
Papa and Nonna came for a visit the very next weekend. Once again, most of the weekend was laid back at home, but we did squeeze in a train ride.
And revisited the Japanese Tea Gardens.
These girls sure do love their Papa and Nonna.
We also made it back to the Farmer's Market. Something about that homemade ice cream just keeps bringing us back.
