Family Week Part I

This past week we were blessed by a visit from Daniel's whole family, including our nephew, whom we haven't seen since December! Needless to say, we LOVED our time with them and can't wait to be home where we can see them more often!
Here are a few highlights from their visit:Micah was for us one of the biggest highlights! He now walks, gives kisses, and says a few words! Last time we saw him he was just crawling. Especially now that we know he's got a cousin on the way, Daniel and I just soaked up our time with him.

Mom, Micah, me, Dad, and Christine at the Green Dragon.
Sunday after church we walked around downtown and had drinks one of the oldest taverns in America. Nicknamed "the Birthplace of the Revolution," the Green Dragon was the meeting place of men like John Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock. I love how a lot of restaurants here, especially the older ones, have open windows during the summer to let in a cool breeze.

Uncle Dan and Micah got matching Boston sweatshirts!

Micah was fascinated by the tank of seals outside of Boston's aquarium.

Dad, Colin, and Brian on the ferry to Spectacle Island.
We were all excited to spend a day at the beach, especially since Micah had never been to one! We took a ferry out to Spectacle Island, and although the sand wasn't what we expected, we all had a blast relaxing in the sun.

Micah practicing his downward dog.

No one enjoyed the beach quite as much as Micah did!

Christine introducing Micah to the Atlantic.

He loved it!
