summer bucket list

I know you usually make bucket lists at the beginning of something, but I have been in a rut for the past week... okay, month or so this summer. Since moving to Texas, we've definitely exchanged spring fever for autumn fever, and this year (along with the rest of the country) is the worst yet. I've made pumpkin muffins once already. Daniel bought the autumn sampler box of Blue Moon. I've been having dreams about changing leaves, and boots, and chilly mornings sitting out back.

All that is well and good, but here in south Texas, there's still a good two months before we can even think about opening the windows or get outside in the late afternoon. Which is where the bucket list comes in to play. Instead of wishing away summer, I'm determined to enjoy these next two months and all that summer has to offer. I will strive not to complain about the car being an oven, the consistency of my bad hair days, or how many days it's been in the 100's. (You can keep me accountable to that, mmkay?) In place of all that whining, here's what we'll be doing for the remaining summer months:
