So, I've finally gotten around to posting these... two and a half weeks later! Daniel and I had a blast in Nantucket! Sunny and seventy-five degrees, we took the ferry from Cape Cod, rented bicycles, and headed to the beach. Neither of us were expecting how clean, beautiful, and fun this beach would be!
The boats in the harbor on our ride on the ferry. You may not be able to tell, but the summer homes in the background were enormous!
This is actually post-beach... thus my crazy hair and rosy cheeks.
Surfside Beach. Oh, it was gorgeous!
This is what we did most of the afternoon... fought the waves. And I must confess that I was a little scared at times. There were waves that I could not keep my footing on, an exhilarating and terrifying experience to be sucked in and out, in and out by huge waves.

I just take the pictures.
There was no seaweed, the sand was mostly soft and clean.
On the ferry ride home... once again, post-beach.
They don't have showers there, so I had very salty, sandy hair.
